- To carry out the necessary studies for acquiring and storing data, cleaning existing data, analyzing data using statistical and intelligent methods, reporting the results obtained, and ensuring the confidentiality, security, and privacy of analyzed data in order to address big data and its analysis, which are becoming increasingly important in government, the private sector, and academia,
- To contribute to transforming big data into value, enabling institutions and organizations to develop new strategies for the future, identify existing problems, and develop new methods for solving them,
- To conduct studies at national and international levels, develop collaborations, and undertake joint projects,
- To conduct scientific, professional, and educational activities,
- To provide consultancy and information services,
- To raise awareness of artificial intelligence, big data analytics, and information security,
- To collaborate with units within Gazi University,
- To contribute to relevant master’s and doctoral thesis studies and R&D activities in basic sciences and engineering programs in order to meet the expectations and needs of the scientific and industrial communities,
- To promote sustainable development and aim to provide solutions to global challenges in many fields, including telecommunications, cybersecurity, health, energy, education, and agriculture,
- To ensure that students and research personnel are supported through projects.
